  • Manage medication and collect prescriptions
  • Monitor and record health changes, reporting concerns promptly
  • Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and meaningful activities
  • Care for pets, including feeding and walking
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, or trips – UK and abroad
  • Coordinate transport for appointments when needed
  • Support clients in managing energy and time for work and social life
  • Maintain confidentiality, dignity, and respect at all times
  • Work with healthcare professionals when specialist care is required

About You:

  • Self-motivated, organised, and trustworthy
  • Right to work in the UK and up-to-date DBS check
  • Comfortable with flexible, long-term placements and rotational travel
  • Trained in Medication Administration, Safeguarding, and Moving & Handling
  • Committed to providing quality live-in care
  • Driving licence and own car
  • Able to work independently in a busy household environment
