Please note: This is a community-based role supporting clients in their own homes across Bridport and the surrounding villages. Applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own car, as you will be travelling between client visits.

We are now recruiting compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Bridport, Beaminster, Lyme Regis and the surrounding villages.

We know that care work is about more than the time spent inside each visit. That’s why we offer paid travel time between clients, mileage for drivers, well-planned local rounds and a supportive team that values the difference you make every day.

About the role: This is a community-based role supporting people in their own homes, helping with daily routines, companionship and independence.

Duties include:

  • Personal care & daily living support
  • Meal preparation & medication support
  • Shopping, light domestic tasks & companionship
  • Supporting independence, dignity & wellbeing
  • Recording care notes using mobile technology, ensuring more quality 1:1 time for the people you support
