Where youâll be working: Weâre a small company, not agency-run, and a CQC Good provider that ensures our carers work close to home. We serve the Bridport, Beaminster, Lyme Regis and the surrounding areas. Most visits are 45-60+ minutes, giving you time to do things properly and enjoy steadier rotas. Local routes are planned in advance in our Bridport office to minimise travel time and ensure our carers can deliver exceptional, on-time care. With our head office on hand, support is always local.
About the Role: Whether youâre experienced or new to social care, weâd love to hear from you. As a Health Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide compassionate, person-centred care in clientsâ homes
- Support people to live as independently as possible
- Empower clients to make their own decisions and choices
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding where required
- Support with washing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Administer medication (training provided)
- Help with shopping and light domestic tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
- Ensure clientsâ safety, well-being, and comfort at all times
- Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

You might start your morning helping a client prepare breakfast and enjoy a chat, then assist someone with their medication or a walk to the shops. - A Full driving licence and access to a car are required for this role, but some walking routes are also available in Bridport

- No previous care experience necessary â We provide comprehensive, fully funded training
