We work with many well-known partners including Next and John Lewis and have ambitious growth plans for the future. We are on the lookout for a dynamic Retail Supervisor with a passion for people and fashion for our Flagship store in Westfield, White City. You will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and support the store manager with staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Engaging with customers, offering product knowledge and styling advice
  • Dressing shop window, POS
  • Encouraging trust pilot reviews and data collection for marketing
  • Replenishing shop floor
  • Merchandising and refreshing the shopfloor layout regularly
  • Motivating and developing the team
  • Supporting the store manager with performance management, setting and monitoring team and individual targets and putting incentives in place.
Must haves:
  • At least 3 years retail experience
  • Experience managing people
  • Honest and reliable with great communication skills
  • Passion for people and retail
  • Hardworking and driven
  • Flexibility to cover holidays and absence in a small team
