This is a full time role with lots of opportunity for development and working with a very experienced team ideal for someone with an interest in fashion looking to start out in Buying! Responsibilities General administration supporting Buyer and Design team Sample management, co-ordinating samples for meetings, fit sessions, photoshoots and wholesale requirements as well as storage and sample sales Critical path management, chasing samples and approvals to ensure deadlines are met Regular competitive shopping to understand childrenswear market reporting findings back to Buyer and Design team Preparing for and attending photoshoots for each product phase Support team to prepare for weekly trade meetings Support the Buying and Merchandising teams with new product launches online The Person Excellent communication and organisation Experience using Excel Ability to prioritise and manage work to meet deadlines Understanding of the Buying process Flexibility to work in a fast paced office Be a team player, understanding priorities of other departments Decisive and with effective problem-solving skills Good understanding of the retail market and fashion trends Benefits Competitive salary Generous staff discount Flexibility Pension
