Qualifications
- Driving Licence: Full, manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Physical Fitness: Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a bag weighing up to 16kg.

Responsibilities
As a Post Person with Driving, you’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, ensuring deliveries are made come rain or shine. You’ll navigate your delivery routes, provide exceptional service, and ensure every parcel and letter reaches its destination safely.

Important to Know
While some roles involve driving, the majority of the work is on foot, delivering letters and parcels directly within the community. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy being outdoors and staying active throughout the day.
Pay & Shifts
The pay rates below apply to roles within our Delivery Offices and are payable for the entirety of your shift when the criteria are met. Rates may change during busy periods; Angard staffing will communicate any changes in advance. A full rate card with all shift breakdowns will be provided on application.
- Day Shift — Starts and finishes between 05:31 – 19:59; Pay Rate: £13.37
- Early Shift — Starts between 05:01 – 05:30; Pay Rate: £14.28
- Evening Shift — Finishes between 20:00 – 21:39; Pay Rate: £14.05
- Lates — Finishes between 21:40 – 01:59; Pay Rate: £14.81
- Overtime (Over 40 hours) — Applies Monday to Sunday; Pay Rate: £16.33
- Bank Holidays — Applies all day; Pay Rate: £19.59
