This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping Royal Mail move millions of parcels efficiently and safely across the country.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Bay Marshal , you will play an important role in the loading and unloading of trailers, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of parcels and equipment throughout the operation.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
Move Yorks, cages, pallets, and other operational equipment around the site.
Ensure trailers are loaded in accordance with operational and safety requirements.
Assist with the movement of parcels between operational areas.
Conduct trailer checks before loading and unloading activities commence.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area.
Work closely with operational teams to achieve productivity targets.
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
