We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Collection & Delivery Drivers to manage parcel collections and deliveries in the local area. This role is ideal for those who enjoy active work, independence, and providing outstanding customer service during the holiday season.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct daily vehicle safety and compliance checks to ensure safe delivery of holiday cheer.
  • Collect and deliver parcels, including Christmas gifts and seasonal goods, to residential and business addresses.
  • Provide professional, friendly, and dependable service to enhance the festive spirit among customers.
  • Sort and organise parcels efficiently before embarking on delivery routes.
  • Utilize a handheld PDA device to follow planned routes efficiently during the high-demand season.
  • Safely lift, move, and deliver parcels weighing up to 30kg, ensuring all holiday packages are handled with care.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Experience or confidence in driving a 3.5t van.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a special touch of holiday cheer.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capability to work independently.
  • Positive, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work, especially under the festive rush.
