What We're Looking For

  • Driving Licence: Full, manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Physical Fitness: Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a bag weighing up to 16kg.
  • Flexibility: Shifts can vary, so we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Your Role

As a Collections Driver, you'll be the friendly face of Royal Mail in your local area. You'll collect mail and parcels from designated locations, ensuring timely and secure handling of all items. Whether on foot or behind the wheel, you'll play a vital role in keeping the country connected.

Important to Know

While some roles involve driving, this role also requires you to be on foot, collecting letters and parcels directly within the community. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy being outdoors and staying active throughout the day.

Pay & Shifts

The following pay rates apply for the applicable shift types:

  • Day Shift (53:31 - 19:59): £13.69
  • Dawn Shift (02:01 - 04:00): £14.61
  • Early 0500 Shift (04:01 - 05:00): £14.61
  • Early 0530 Shift (05:01 - 05:30): £14.61
  • Evening Shift (finish 20:00 - 21:39): £14.38
  • Lates Shift (finish 21:40 - 01:59): £15.14
  • Nights Shift (three hours across 23:00 - 05:00): £16.44

Rates could be subject to change during busy periods. Angard staffing will communicate any change to your pay rates in advance. (Full rate card with all shift breakdowns will be received on application)
