We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join their dynamic team of 11, including interns and volunteers.
Position Overview: As the Founders Associate, you will play a key role in executing operational tasks and driving their business development initiatives. Reporting directly to the co-founders, you will ensure seamless execution of projects, manage multiple workflows, and contribute to our ambitious growth objectives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Execution:
- Take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient processes.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including sales agencies and non-profits.
Project Management:
- Oversee and execute up to five projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Organize webinars, manage grant applications, and identify potential non-profit partners.
- Track progress and maintain documentation for all ongoing projects.
Business Development:
- Run your own sales pipeline and contribute to securing high-value deals with large clients (200k-300k GBP).
- Identify and build partnerships with professional services firms and government clients.
- Act as the primary account manager for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Leadership and Growth:
- Participate in an intensive onboarding program led by a BCG trainer to develop leadership skills.
- Demonstrate capability for promotion to Chief of Staff as the organisation grows.
