Programme Manager Opportunity
I’m recruiting for a Programme Manager to join a leading impact-focused accelerator based in London. This is a full-time role for someone who’s passionate about working with mission-driven consumer startups, supporting founders, and helping build businesses that combine profit with purpose.
What You\’ll Do
- Programme Design & Planning: Design and plan a 16-week accelerator programme, ensuring it stays relevant and impactful by incorporating feedback from founders and partners
- Programme Execution: Deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders, from onboarding to events like Demo Day, while managing clear, compelling communications via Slack, emails, and newsletters
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, delivery partners, investors, mentors, and coaches to create a supportive and valuable ecosystem
- Founder Support: Collaborate with founders to address their needs, challenges, and goals, helping them become credible, investable, and successful leaders in their industries
- Event Management: Organise and execute programme events, ensuring high-quality experiences for all participants
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on programme KPIs, manage budgets, and use feedback and data to improve future programmes
- Team Leadership: Oversee Programme Coordinator(s) and volunteers, fostering a high-energy, inclusive, and collaborative environment
What You’ll Need
- At least 3 years of experience in startups, accelerators, VC firms, or similar fields
- A track record of supporting early-stage startups or running programmes/events
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage founders, partners, and stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for supporting mission-driven founders and creating impactful programmes
