Due to the retirement of our much-loved Site Manager of 26 years, we are looking for a practical, friendly and reliable person to join our supportive school community. This is a rewarding and varied role where you will lead the day-to-day management, maintenance and security of our school site. In return, you'll become part of a friendly and supportive team, enjoy a positive working environment, and benefit from the excellent work-life balance that comes with working in a school, including school holiday periods.
The Site Manager leads the Site Team and holds responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance, security and operational management of the school's buildings, grounds, facilities and site infrastructure. The post holder ensures the school environment is safe, secure, well-maintained and compliant with all relevant Health & Safety legislation. The Site Manager works closely with the Headteacher, SBM and senior staff.
