ANEW Resort Vulintaba is looking for a professional, friendly, and service-driven Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, responding to guest enquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Execute efficient check-in/check-out procedures
- Enroll guests in ANEW Rewards program
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries
