ANEW Resort Vulintaba is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all hotel maintenance operations, ensuring the property is safe, well-maintained, and fully functional to support a high-quality guest experience.

Strategic Purpose

Lead ANEW Hotel's maintenance operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences through proactive facility management, team development, and operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement while maintaining property standards that exceed guest expectations.

Leadership Responsibilities

Strategic Management

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies
  • Create and manage annual maintenance budgets
  • Manage department KPIs and monitor performance through Infraspeak
  • Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
  • Oversee contractor relationships and service level agreements

Team Leadership
