Aneurin Leisure Trust is looking for a Development Officer for the Head, Heart, Hands Project in Blaenau Gwent. This role focuses on improving participants' wellbeing, essential skills, and employability by delivering engaging activities and support within community settings.

You'll work collaboratively with partners to help individuals facing barriers to progress into learning and employment. The position is part-time (25 hours per week) and fixed-term until 31 March 2027.
