We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our catering team at Parc Bryn Bach Lake View Café. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!
As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of our café. From preparing food and serving customers to maintaining high standards of hygiene, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for every visitor. You’ll be working closely with our catering team to ensure smooth operations while helping deliver high‑quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders and operating the till
- Preparing and serving beverages, including barista‑style coffee
- Supporting basic food preparation
- Keeping service and kitchen areas clean, safe, and well‑stocked
- Ensuring food safety standards and hygiene regulations are followed
- Assisting with stock control and rotation

Annualised Hours Contract
This post is offered on an annualised hours basis, meaning:
- Your total working hours are spread across the year rather than fixed weekly

- Flexibility is essential, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and bank holidays
