Aneurin Leisure Trust is seeking an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Development Officer to lead the strategic development and delivery of inclusive wellbeing and physical activity opportunities across Blaenau Gwent. This role is pivotal in reducing barriers to participation and ensuring equitable access for all community members, particularly underrepresented groups.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Sports Development team as an EDI Development Officer. This exciting role, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, will focus on creating inclusive opportunities for wellbeing and physical activity across Blaenau Gwent. You will work closely with local communities, schools, health services, and voluntary sector partners to identify needs and co-create meaningful provision that promotes equality and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive equality, diversity, and inclusion within physical activity and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver programmes that reduce participation gaps.
