Job Summary
An exciting development opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individualto join the ENT and Oral and Maxillofacial surgery departments based at the Royal Gwent Hospital. The successful candidates would be able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills, be flexible to the needs of the service and able to demonstrate a commitment to achieving high standards of work.
Main duties of the job
To provide essential support to the booking and scheduling clerks in all areas of admin work in both ENT and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Post holder must be flexible to carry out duties needed to support the departments to meet needs of the service. Role includes but is not limited to handling telephone calls, folding letters, tracking pulling and prepping of patient notes, scanning relevant patient documentation, prepping of clinics and other duties required in accordance with Health Board policies and procedures.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
