Position Deputy Ward Manager (Band 6) – Oak Ward, County Hospital
Job Overview
- Lead and manage ward activities on a shift‑by‑shift basis, acting in the absence of the Ward Manager.
- Plan, implement and evaluate evidence‑based nursing care within a recovery‑focused service.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, and collaborate with the multi‑disciplinary team to deliver high‑quality patient care while ensuring compliance with the National Service Framework.
