Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly team. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacy technician to become a valued member of our team. This role requires someone with strong multitasking abilities who is capable of working across multiple sections effectively.
This is a varied role requiring you to provide medicines management support to medical wards, mental health wards, outpatient services, and dispensary sessions. We are looking for a conscientious and adaptable individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our pharmacy team in delivering a high quality clinical service. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post. Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Experience in Medicines Management Accredited Checking Technician Qualification - we also welcome those currently working towards it. NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences (or equivalent) and GPhC registration. Applications from pre-registration pharmacy technicians welcome - If you're in your second year of study and due to qualify soon, we encourage you to apply!
Participation in weekend and bank holiday rotas will be required. Welsh language skills are desirable.
