Administrative cover to provide telephone, computer support, filing and coordination for the Gelligaer district nursing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Coordinating updates on scheduling system
  • Significant telephone work requiring patient contact
  • Computer work to support manager with scheduling system
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Filing patient notes/referrals
  • Using Sharepoint/spreadsheets

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
