Job Overview
The booking clerk, responsible to the Referral and Booking Centre Team Leader, will book outpatient clinics and monitor activity. This full-time (37.5 hours per week), fixed-term 6-month post is to meet the service\’s needs. If interested in a secondment, permission from your current line manager is required prior to applying.
Main duties of the job
- Provide a quality Partial Booking Service to the Referral and Booking Centre and customers.
- Ensure all appointments are booked correctly and efficiently, in a timely manner, according to Health Boardβs policies and procedures.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
