Job Overview
Administrative cover to provide telephone, computer support, filing and coordination for the Gelligaer district nursing team.
Main duties of the job:
- Answering phone.
- Coordinating updates on scheduling system.
- Significant telephone work requiring patient contact.
- Computer work to support manager with scheduling system.
- Taking minutes of meetings.
- Filing patient notes/referrals.
- Sharepoint/spreadsheets.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
