22.5 hours per week over 3 days (7.5 hours per day). District Nursing Team Manager to co‐lead a District Nursing Team in the Central East Team, Newport. The role requires a passionate, motivated leader who delivers expert clinical nursing practice and promotes high standards.
The post holder will ensure the provision of cost‐effective, efficient, and appropriate high‐quality patient care. Key duties include:
- Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care needs and quality assurance.
- Line managing a nursing team, ensuring professional and clinical development of team members.
- Promoting evidence‐based practice and acting as an accountable role model.
- Ensuring compliance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and other relevant policies.
Qualifications:
- NMC registered.
- SPQ qualification.
- Evidence of experience and proven success in managerial roles.
- Expert assessor demonstrating best practice.
Desirable:
- Ability to speak Welsh.
