Job Overview: There has never been a more exciting time to join the Primary Care, Community Services, and Complex and Long Term Care Division, and as General Manager you will be pivotal in providing leadership, strategic and professional management combined with operational responsibility for the Division. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main Duties of the Job: We wish to appoint a compassionate and collaborative leader who is committed to delivering high quality outcomes and experience for our population. You will be equally passionate in enhancing staff experience and wellbeing; be able to influence at all levels; have the ability to analyse and present highly complex information; and proven ability in achieving targets and objectives within a demanding and pressured environment. Working with the Divisional Director and Divisional Nurse you will lead the transformation, development and delivery of Divisional Services. This is a key strategic and operational role, providing visible leadership and delivery of objectives with the aim of securing patient focused, effective, efficient and sustainable services. The successful candidate will work with a range of stakeholders, including in partnership with public, statutory and third sector organisations.
