The post holder will provide administrative and coordination support to the Professional Nurse Advocate (PNA) and Restorative Clinical Supervision (RCS) service, ensuring efficient organization of restorative clinical supervision sessions, accurate data capture, and effective communication across primary and community teams. The post holder will play a key role in supporting staff wellbeing initiatives and enabling access to psychologically safe supervision spaces. The role requires working independently and managing your own workload to defined policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Organize RCS sessions across multiple sites (DN, CRT, wards, community teams).
- Manage diaries for PNA/RCS facilitators.
- Coordinate bookings via Outlook and MS Teams.
- Support site‑based delivery, including travel coordination where needed.
- Support event organization.
- Maintain accurate records of session delivery, attendance, and facilitator activity.
- Use systems such as ESR, Microsoft Forms, and Excel dashboards.
- Produce monthly reports for the PNA Lead Nurse.
- Support data collection aligned with All‑Wales RCS reporting requirements.
- Act as point of contact for RCS enquiries; use own judgement when escalation is required.
- Communicate and exchange information with staff from other departments and external contacts.
- Prepare posters and QR codes for promotion.
- Facilitate team communications.
- Support engagement initiatives to improve uptake.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
- Maintain shared drives and documentation.
- Assist with audit and quality improvement activity.
- Propose and implement changes to policies and procedures relevant to your work area.
Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential Criteria
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Knowledge of secretarial or administrative procedures and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with ESR / TRAC / NHS systems.
- Experience supporting education or workforce programmes.
- Understanding of staff wellbeing or supervision models.
- Professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality.
