Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Wales is seeking a Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager for the Older Adult Mental Health inpatient ward (20 beds). You will lead the ward in the absence of the Ward Manager, role modelling high standards of care and clinical leadership.
We expect strong clinical experience in older adults with complex needs, plus the ability to support patients and families through admission and safe discharge. Welsh language is desirable and NHS values underpin our approach.
