Job Overview: Health Care Support Worker within ABUHB at the Royal Gwent Hospital working within the Medicine or Surgery Division. An exciting opportunity has become available within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board as a Health Care Support Worker to join our caring and professional nursing team. A Recruitment and drop-in Session has been organised for Wednesday 2nd July. The event is being held between 10am - 2pm in RGH - Level 1 outside Costa Coffee. At the Drop-in Session, there will be an opportunity to meet staff and to interview for RGH Health Care Support Worker Vacancies. Applicants who do not attend these drop-in sessions will have their applications withdrawn from this vacancy.
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care gained in a Health & Social Care Setting or experience for 6 months within a domiciliary setting is required. Please note that this role will require you to be fully flexible so that you are able to cover rotational shifts that include days, nights and weekends. Currently, we are unable to provide certificates of sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the Home Office’s criteria. Anyone requiring a certificate of sponsorship is therefore unable to be shortlisted and interviewed.
