The predicted salary is between 46000 - 52000 £ per year.

There has never been a more exciting time to join the Primary Care, Community Services, and Complex and Long Term Care Division, and as General Manager you will be pivotal in providing leadership, strategic and professional management combined with operational responsibility for the Division. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation, development and delivery of Divisional Services.
  • Provide visible leadership and delivery of objectives with the aim of securing patient focused, effective, efficient and sustainable services.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, including public, statutory and third sector organisations.
  • Influence at all levels; analyse and present highly complex information; and achieve targets and objectives within a demanding, pressured environment.
  • Enhance staff experience and wellbeing and promote a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience and effective Operational Manager with a proven track record working at senior level in a large and complex organisation.
