Facilities Supervisor – Nevill Hall Hospital
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities team as a Facilities Supervisor at Nevill Hall Hospital. This is a fixed-term position until 31st January 2026.
The Facilities Supervisor plays a key role, and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is confident working independently and undertaking delegated tasks from the Operational Services Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Planning team members\’ work schedules and resource requirements;
- Coordinating the work of the team to ensure goals are achieved;
- Conducting quality audits;
- Assisting in staff recruitment and performance management, including inductions, training, PADRs, and employee relations policies such as disciplinary, sickness, and grievance procedures.
We seek a highly motivated individual committed to enhancing the patient and customer experience, with a passion for providing high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will have completed or be working towards an NVQ Level 3 qualification and should possess:
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong organisational skills;
- An understanding of Health & Safety guidelines and risk assessments.
Desirable: The ability to speak Welsh; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
