Aneurin Bevan University Health Board seeks a Health and Wellbeing Support Worker to join the Community Resource Team. You will help adults stay independent at home, working with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, the Rapid Response Team, Falls Team and Home Care to deliver coordinated care.
The role requires 12-hour shifts with weekend work, across ABUHB sites. Welsh language ability is desirable; English speakers are welcome.
