The post supports complex health needs in the community, withTRAINING in ventilated care, tracheostomy and PEG management where required.
Two posts exist: 1x full-time and 1x 25-hour post, with 37.5 hours or 25 hours per week. Welsh language ability is desirable; both Welsh and English speakers are welcome.
