Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a of Junior Decontamination Technician within the Hospital Sterilisation Disinfection Unit at the Grange University Hospital.
The Junior Decontamination Technician is integral to delivering both elective and emergency procedures.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
The hours are 15 per week, to be worked 08:00 – 16:00, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Main duties of the job
The primary function of the role is the reprocessing of reusable medical devices and endoscopes in in accordance with the departments Quality Management System and accreditation to ISO 13485:2016.
We are therefore looking to recruit dynamic and motivated people who are able to work within a team and are eager to learn new skills and build on existing transferable skills.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
