Are you a passionate Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Universal and Targeted Speech and Language Therapy team in ABUHB, working in partnership with Torfaen Local Authority. We are looking for innovative and enthusiastic therapists with a passion for evidence-based practice and early intervention.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in partnership with health and local authority colleagues, ensuring families receive timely and effective support. You will join an existing network of Speech and Language Therapists across Gwent. Supervision and support will be provided on an individual basis and within team meetings.
The role is vital in ensuring that families have access to universal and targeted level advice for language development where pathways and groups are evidence-based and deliver positive outcomes. Pathways and delivery of training need to ensure that children receive the right support from the right person at the right time whether that is at universal or targeted levels.
