Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) is recruiting for a MSK self-management facilitator to roll out supported self-management for MSK conditions across local authority and Health Board teams. You will work with MSK Therapy colleagues, Local Authority leisure and National Exercise on Referral (NERS) to implement Good Boost and ESCAPE Pain initiatives.
You will plan your own workload, report utilisation and outcomes, and develop clear systems to improve efficiency.
