We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team on Ward A0 and B0 wards at The Grange University Hospital. The successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The willingness and ability to work in a constantly changing environment is also an essential requirement.
The HCSW will provide high quality, consistent and cost-effective health care for patients with acute physical and psychological needs. You will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality person centred care. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, carers and other professionals. You must be an excellent team player, have high levels of motivation and enthusiasm for working in a demanding but rewarding service.
You will be joining a team that is passionate and focused on achieving excellence in care delivery, for all patients in this area of specialised nursing. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
