Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Mental Health Nurse within Lower Monmouthshire CMHT. The successful applicant will work as part of the Multi‑Disciplinary Team and care‑coordinate their own caseload of patients in line with the Mental Health (Wales) Measure. You will be committed to ensuring the delivery of the highest quality user‑centred care and contribute to the development of adult mental health service in North Monmouthshire. The applicant will undertake core CMHT duties such as routine and urgent assessment clinics, assessing, planning and implementation of care. This includes depot clinic, clozapine clinic and duty desk. This is a fixed‑term secondment for 12 months from 9th Sept 2026 to 9th Sept 2027 to cover maternity leave. Applicants must obtain permission from their current line manager prior to applying.

Requirements
- Experience: Sufficient experience as a registered nurse in mental health.
