Duty Desk Clinician

Working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Band 6 AFC

• Being a point of contact for services outside of the CMHT
• Providing guidance, signposting and support to service user and there relative
• Undertaking initial triage assessments to allow for co-ordination of patient pathways
• Gathering information from EPEX, WCCIs and CWS to support the assessing team to have all relevant information pre-assessment
• Developing the role of the Duty Clinician, Processes and Auditing demand
