As the Adults Programme Manager, you will be an essential part of the Gwent Regional Partnership Board Support Team (PMO) within the ABUHB Corporate Planning Team. Our team is based at St Cadocs Hospital in Caerleon, working both at the office and remotely.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position to meet service needs.
Main Duties
The postholder will provide strategic leadership, direction, and programme management for a broad portfolio of projects across multiple revenue streams and partners. Responsibilities include ensuring portfolio alignment with national policy and RPB priorities, supporting good governance, managing risks, and supporting decision-making. The role involves leading projects to enhance services and improve the health and care system for Gwent’s population.
The role requires managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritising effectively, responding to issues quickly, and engaging stakeholders. The postholder will oversee performance reporting and report on the adult portfolio to Welsh Government and RPB.
