We are looking for someone with proven excellent administration, communication and IT skills. You must have a good telephone manner with good organisational skills, flexible approach to meet the needs of the service and be able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment. A good standard of GCSE education (Grades A-C) and a good knowledge of Microsoft Packages is essential. You must have an understanding of the principles of confidentiality due to nature of work. A welcoming manner is essential as you will have direct contact with families and health professionals. This post is office based.
