Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) is seeking a Specialist Harm Reduction/Addictions Nurse (Band 6) to join ABSDAS North Team in Abergavenny. The post involves complex assessments and delivering harm reduction interventions within a community-based service for adults with drug and/or alcohol dependence.
You will work closely with multi-disciplinary colleagues to identify needs, coordinate care, and improve health outcomes, while leading on clinical governance and staff development.
