Mechanical/Electrical Construction Manager in London

MEP Construction Manager – Major Mixed-Use Projects London | CIS Contract | 6–12 months Blackmount Recruitment is working with a leading main contractor delivering large, complex mixed-use developments across London. They are looking for an experienced MEP Construction Manager to take ownership of the on-site delivery of mechanical or electrical works on a major live project. This role would suit a strong site-based MEP professional with either a mechanical or electrical bias, who can drive progress, coordinate multiple subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standard. Key responsibilities * Lead the day-to-day on-site delivery of MEP works across a major mixed-use scheme. * Manage, coordinate and challenge mechanical and electrical subcontractors to maintain progress against programme. * Drive installation quality, productivity, sequencing and safe working practices across all MEP activities. * Coordinate MEP interfaces with the structural, architectural, façade, fit-out and external works teams. * Review drawings, technical information and short-term programmes to identify risks, clashes and buildability issues. * Attend coordination, progress and planning meetings with the Project Manager, Design Team, engineers and trade contractors. * Monitor labour levels, materials, plant and access requirements to ensure works are properly...
