Our client is a well-established asset ownership, retail, and e-commerce business based in London, specialising in fine wine and luxury spirits. They support clients in building wealth through fine wine, whisky, and spirits, offering education, secure insurance, storage solutions, and a curated retail experience both online and in-store. As the business continues to grow, they are investing in their people, systems, and internal recruitment capability.

The Role

Our client is seeking an Internal Junior Recruiter to support in-house recruitment across multiple departments. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who wants exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced SME environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment across sales, retail, marketing, operations, and administrative roles
  • Work closely with hiring managers to take detailed hiring briefs
  • Create and update job descriptions and job adverts
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, CV Library, job boards, and referrals
  • Screen CVs and conduct telephone and video interviews
  • Build and manage candidate shortlists aligned to role requirements
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers
  • Support offer management and onboarding administration
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, pipelines, and reporting

Role Requirements

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple role types
  • Confident communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused approach
  • Professional telephone and video interview skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing SME environment
  • Experience recruiting commercial, operational, or administrative roles is advantageous

Salary & Package

Salary: £27,500 – £32,500 per annum + commission

Discretionary quarterly bonus

Realistic OTE:

Year 1: £50,000

Year 2: £70,000 – £75,000

Year 3: £100,000
