An established specialist contractor operating across the roofing, cladding and façade sectors is looking to appoint an organised and proactive Aluminium Scheduler. This is a key coordination role responsible for planning the manufacture and delivery of aluminium systems across multiple live projects. You will work closely with Design, Procurement, Contracts, Site and Fabrication teams to ensure materials are produced accurately, workshop capacity is used effectively and deliveries remain aligned with project programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage fabrication and production schedules across multiple projects.
- Coordinate manufacturing programmes in line with site requirements and project deadlines.
- Liaise with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Site Teams, Design, Procurement and the Fabrication Workshop.
- Plan workshop activities to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
- Update schedules to reflect design changes, programme movements and changing site priorities.
- Coordinate deliveries to ensure materials arrive on site when required.
- Maintain accurate production schedules, records and progress updates.
- Identify potential programme risks and communicate them early.
- Support workload forecasting and longer-term production planning.
- Ensure fabrication priorities remain aligned with client and project deadlines.
Skills and Experience Essential:
