What you’ll do:
- Build and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and qualify leads for our chosen sectors.
- Work closely with Senior Associates across the deal process, owning early-stage pipeline while taking increasing responsibility through to close on smaller deals.
- Play an integral role in a boutique investment bank start up in an environment where every new lead matters.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an outbound sales role.
- Curious and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
- Clear and confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations in parallel.

We are focused on founder led companies - connecting with entrepreneurs and fighting for the best possible outcome for them in selling their businesses. Our founders Bradley Miles and Henry Lewis grew up in entrepreneurial families so appreciate the emotional burdens of running a business. They started Anesi to provide bulge bracket investment banking services to a part of the market that historically has not had this available to them. Underpinned by Bradley's investment banking experience and Henry's career in management consulting, we have formed a business that is centred around excellence and trustworthy representation. We work with amazing companies and are constantly inspired by the entrepreneurs we represent. We spend most of our days laughing, hustling to find opportunities, and preparing materials for investors in a diligent manner.
