Full time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London. We are looking for someone with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience, that can help us drive deals from inception through to execution.

The role will include:

  • Process Coordination
    • Coordinating internal processes / team members
    • Dealing with investors and business owners
    • Valuation modelling and forecasting
  • Execution of M&A Diligence Processes
    • Analysing financials
    • Preparing IRL questionnaires
    • Liaising with business owners and their accountants to address Due Diligence asks
    • Liaising with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners through the execution process
  • Prepare marketing materials (PowerPoint)
    • Assist in preparing pitch decks for businesses
    • Assist in preparing marketing materials for investors - e.g. slides highlighting companies we are representing

Company Description: Anesi Advisors is a London-based boutique investment bank that provides M&A advisory services to SME and lower mid-market business owners. We are focused on founder led companies - connecting with entrepreneurs and fighting for the best possible outcome for them in selling their businesses. We work with some of the largest private equity investors in the world and are constantly inspired by the entrepreneurs we represent.

We would love someone with M&A experience to join the team and help us through deal processes. We spend most of our days laughing, hustling to find opportunities, and preparing materials for investors in a diligent manner. We need someone that has an entrepreneurial endeavour and is happy to have a go at anything that the business requires at any given point in time.

Applicants should have:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Experience working with small and medium size business accounts
  • ACA qualification is great but not necessary
  • Investment Banking / M&A Experience
  • Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Sincerity
  • Will to work hard
  • Curiosity
  • Sense of humour
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently
