What this role is about
We’re building a radically different healthcare experience for women and are looking for an outstanding GP to join our team for 1-2 days per week. If you’re passionate about women’s health and want to be part of a team that’s transforming care, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do
- Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide holistic face-to-face and telemedicine consultations, focusing on women’s health at every stage of life.
- Diagnose & Manage: Support women with reproductive health, contraception, fertility, menstrual disorders, endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic pain, and peri-menopause.
- Empower Women: Educate and support patients to make informed choices about their health, promoting well-being and healthy aging.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care and continuous professional development.
- Leverage AI & Digital Health: Use our AI-powered medical scribe to streamline documentation, allowing more time for personalized patient care. ️
- Champion Change: Embrace emerging technologies and new scientific evidence to continuously improve patient outcomes.
- Shape a Supportive Culture: Help build an inclusive, learning-focused environment where we deliver exceptional care for women.
What you’ll bring
- Valid GMC license to practice as a GP
- Up-to-date revalidation and appraisal
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of guidelines and best practices in women’s health
- Passion for driving transformational change in healthcare
- Qualifications such as DFRSH, LOC IUT (Intrauterine Techniques), and experience with implant insertions/removals
- Additional training in menopause management (e.g., BMS Management of the Menopause, FSRH menopause module) and/ or lifestyle medicine
- Familiarity with digital health tools & telemedicine ️
- Experience as a GP with Special Interest (GPSI) in women’s health
