Join a Movement That's Changing Lives
ANDYSMANCLUB is one of the UK’s fastest-growing men’s mental health charities, dedicated to reducing male suicide and ending the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.
Founded in 2016 following the tragic loss of Andrew Roberts, we have grown from a single peer‑to‑peer support group into a nationwide movement with over 300 groups across the UK. Every week, thousands of men attend our groups to talk openly, support one another and know that they are not alone.
As we continue to grow, safeguarding remains at the heart of everything we do. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Safeguarding Lead to support and strengthen our safeguarding processes, ensuring our culture, systems and practices remain safe, consistent and effective across the organisation.
