Andy's Bet Club is the UK's fastest-growing sports betting content brand. Following a complete rebuild in April 2025, we've grown to 800,000+ monthly active users, up 320% year-on-year. We're a team that lives and breathes sport. We help our community bet smarter through better content, better tools, and a better experience. We take responsible gambling seriously because our users trust us to. We're part of Fanwave Digital, a global iGaming publisher with a portfolio of sports betting communities and products reaching over 2.5 million users a month across the UK, Brazil, and the USA. We're a small, fast team. No layers. No committees. You'll work alongside the founders, engineers, and designers.

Tasks

The Role: Take what we've built further. We've shipped a lot, fast. Now we need someone to take them forward. Lead initiatives from idea to outcome. New products and initiatives are coming. You'll own everything from objectives to onboarding flows to go-live QA. The scope will change. The expectation won't: figure out what moves the needle and make it happen. Know the business formula. Understand how our products make money, where the levers are, and which ones to pull next. Use data to make decisions, not to write reports. We've invested in Mixpanel but we're barely scratching its potential. You'll use our data to surface insights, identify what's working, what's not, run tests, and ship improvements. Validate fast, kill fast. Prototype ideas with AI tools. Test them with real users. Ship what works. Kill what doesn't. We don't have time for six-month roadmaps that deliver nothing.

Requirements

The Person: Obsessed with football. You follow it. You bet on it. You use the apps and have opinions about what's broken in the market. You want to build things people like you use. Numbers-led. You use data to drive decisions on conversion, retention, and commercial performance. You dig into the numbers instinctively, pull out what matters, and know what it takes to move them. AI-native. You use AI tools daily. You can prototype an idea before lunch and have data on it by the end of day. Builder. You've built things from nothing in startups or small teams where you had to work it out yourself. That experience matters more to us than any brand on your CV. Self-starting. You don't wait to be told what to work on. You find the highest-value problem and get after it. If in six months nothing's improved, you've failed. That accountability suits you.
