Notre métier : aider des startups ambitieuses à construire ou refondre des produits digitaux solides, scalables, et pensés pour durer.

Le projet sur lequel tu vas bosser ? Une plateforme de réservation universelle. L’idée : permettre de réserver n’importe quel service (resto, coiffeur, activité…) directement depuis une app, grâce à un assistant personnel disponible 24/24. Aujourd’hui, ce sont des opérateurs humains épaulés par de l’IA. Demain, l’objectif est de basculer vers une solution entièrement automatisée, avec voice AI et une expérience utilisateur fluide.

Tu rejoins l’aventure très tôt, avec de l’autonomie, de l’impact, et un terrain de jeu stimulant. Chez Andy Studio, il ne s’agit pas seulement de construire : il s’agit de scaler comme il faut.

Tes missions :

  • Structurer la vision produit sur un pĂ©rimètre e-commerce en pleine accĂ©lĂ©ration.
  • Organiser les plannings, suivre les sprints, prioriser les bons sujets.
  • RĂ©diger les specs, cadrer les features, assurer leur bon delivery.
  • Animer l’équipe projet (dev, design, QA…) et faire avancer les chantiers.
  • ĂŠtre le point de contact entre client, produit, sales et tech.
  • Suivre les KPIs clĂ©s, challenger les dĂ©cisions, proposer des amĂ©liorations concrètes.
  • Piloter ton scope avec autonomie et sens des responsabilitĂ©s.

L’environnement :

  • Produit e-commerce from scratch (React / Node) — pas de CMS, que du solide.
  • Équipe projet complète : PM, PO, designer, dev, QA — collab serrĂ©e & rĂ´les clairs.
  • MĂ©thodo : Kanban, en flux continu.
  • Stack : Notion, Slack, Metabase, Figma, Aircall, Brevo.
  • Une culture produit saine : beaucoup d’autonomie, peu de bullshit, et un vrai impact.

Le profil qu’on cherche :

  • Tu as dĂ©jĂ  menĂ© des projets digitaux de bout en bout (build, delivery, suivi).
  • Tu viens d’un environnement e-commerce ou performance-driven.
  • Tu maĂ®trises les outils projet classiques.
  • Tu sais prioriser, arbitrer, dĂ©cider — sans qu’on ait Ă  te tenir la main.
  • Tu parles anglais couramment (langue de travail).

Et surtout, tu es :

  • Entrepreneurial dans ta posture (tu penses impact, pas fonction).
  • Focus sur le rĂ©sultat et la valeur livrĂ©e.
  • Ă€ l’aise pour gĂ©rer plusieurs sujets sans perdre en clartĂ©.
  • Capable de challenger un produit, mĂŞme sans coder.
  • Structuré·e et moteur dans l'Ă©quipe.
